RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 14 days after receiving the item to request an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the returned product must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your invoice or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning an item and all fees initially associated with receiving the order.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess and correct the problem.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

repayment
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your package and let you know whether your return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded the value of the product. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
