All products created in our workshop can be customized with LOGO, design, colors, text or we can even create other products than those in our catalog. To obtain a customization offer, send the following information in the quote request: the number and type of products to be customized, if it is with the company logo, as well as its positioning on the product.
Each custom order has a different production time depending on the quantity and product chosen. The total delivery time includes checking the order request, the actual offer, making the sample, approving the order, production time in the workshop and delivery to the headquarters by our carriers. For better communication, it is recommended that you provide us with the information in the quote request, which is your maximum delivery time. The longest production time is represented by the porcelain and textile part, where there is a minimum term of 1 month.
A legal entity customer can opt for personalized payment, depending on the order - immediate payment, 50% payment upon conclusion of the contract and 50% upon delivery, or for purchases greater than 5000 RON, you can request payment within 30 days.
